The Interview Coach

You already know how to be yourself.Let’s make sure the judges meet her.

The interview lasts 10 minutes, but the skills you build will last a lifetime.

You don’t need another memorized answer. You need the confidence to think clearly, communicate authentically, and connect with everyone in the room.

A great interview isn’t about perfection. It’s about connection.

The Problem We Solve

Too many contestants walk into interview trying to become the person they think the judges want to meet.

The answers are polished. The smile is practiced.

But the contestants who leave a lasting impression are the ones who let the judges see who they really are.

Who This Is For

You have something real to say.

Designed for local and state-level Miss America and Miss America's Teen contestants who are ready to do real work.

01

First-time pageant contestants stepping into interview prep with intention

02

03

Contestants who know their answers but struggle to deliver them in the room

04

Contestants who know they have more to offer than their interview reflects

Your Coach

Gray Stabley

You already know how to be yourself. Let’s make sure the judges meet her.

I’ve been on every side of the interview room—as a contestant, judge, state executive director, and coach. I’ve learned one thing:

The contestants who leave a lasting impression aren’t the ones with the most polished answers. They’re the ones who let the judges see who they really are.

It’s my job to help you discover your own voice, think clearly under pressure, and walk into the interview room knowing you’re enough.

Sixteen years as a television meteorologist taught me that communicating under pressure is a skill anyone can learn. Whether you’re speaking to judges, a television audience, or a future employer, the goal is the same:

Connect with the people in the room.
